Well, for my Cell Phone I would have to buy a Data Cable and CD from the phone manufacturer. Each cost about 50 US dollars.

could you possibly give any LESS information? Sorry to pay out on you, but you're one of many who post generic questions with little information expecting a miracle answer... Now i'll climb off my soap box and say that you either need to purchase a cable from the manufacturer, or connect it via IrDA. Depends on what type of phone, if it has IrDA, if your PC is capable of this, if you need specific software for the phone to be used with a PC, if infact the phone is even capable of a PC connection... see? by simply stating your phone type you could've gotten alot more from here....
