I have a digital camera that will allow me to take 15 second videos. I have taken numerous and now I would like to combine them into one video. I am using WinXP. Can someone give me some advice as to how this can be done? Is there a free program out there?

You need to specify what kind of video files you have.

Movie maker is extremely easy to use. Simply open the folder using the programs your videos are in. Select which ones you want to use, upload, and presto. all you got to do is click and drag :-)
