How to boot server 2003 from dos?

I am trying to boot windows server 2003 trial from a USB drive, so i formatting the usb drive and added the ms-dos boot files(command.com etc..) I unpacked the windows server 2003 iso files and also added thse to the usb drive. So i get a command prompt on boot up due to these dos files, and tried run the setup.exe file at this boot up command prompt only for it to say, "this program cannot be run in ms-dos mode"
So it seems that from windows xp example you actually run the winnt.exe file to install from a command promt, how about WINDOWS SERVER 2003 trial, what do i run to start the installation of that??
