|If your computer has USB ports in the front and the back, it's likely the back ports are USB 2.0. If you're using a USB hub (aka. a splitter) to increase the number of ports, and the hub itself is USB powered, it's likely the hub isn't supplying each port with a lot of power to allow them to perform quicker.|
Because your device is just a printer and not something like an external hard drive, I wouldn't worry about it.
