I was wondering how safe it was to use Microsoft Money "auto-fetch information from bank account" feature? Is it as safe as online banking? Anyone on that, Thanks!

I've been using MS Money for many years. I use Money 2001 and not sure what the auto-fetch feature is - I just download my bank info directly from the banks site an Money automatically recognizes it.
I'm assuming the auto-fetch feature does the same thing without manually going to the banks site. I would also assume that you need to enter your username/password for your account on the bank's site for it to work. So, it would probably be as safe as going directly through the bank's site. Honestly though MS & your bank would have hell to pay if it wasn't secure.
Just make sure to take all regular precautions: strong passwords, etc.
