Are you typing this into a web browser for logging in, or into an email client?

Life's more painless for the brainless.

I'm lost on why you have to constantly type your email address. But anyway, you could always type it and save it in notepad and the just copy and paste it.

If you want a form filler that's good try AI Roboform. It allows you to store common info you'd need for forms and is also a great password manager as well. Which means no more typing your username and password everytime. It also has a security features such as encryption and allows you to set a master password so no one can access your information. Part of this program comes built-in with IE7.

thank you for your suggestions.
having to constantly type my email address because i'm constantly asked to do so.
every ad that you place on craigslist requires you to type your email twice.
many other sites are now using email address as your user name.
hoped that there would be a very simple way to type some hot key combo (like control-X)
to insert my email address. don't need it to do anything else.
