I have 3 pc`s 3 of them connected through d link router. How can I control internet acces for other compters.Is there any software to block internet acceess.?.

You can deny access via the router. To control/monitor bandwidth you have to have 3rd party software and be routing thru a pc housing that software.

Put the following into your browser (or just click on it), use ADMIN for the user name, leave the password blank & click OK. That will get you into the router settings.
