Hi I have a question, Iv'e had it told to me so many times but Iv'e forgotten and I would like to know. Where do you go to change the settings so you can see hidden files and extensions to files so instead of just the name of the file so it would be "File.exe" instead of just "File". I would like to see some extensions that I have on files. Thanks!

Control Panel - Folder Options - View Tab
Look carefully down the List for both the things you want

aimdude33 it is not a good idea to list all your email addresses on any forum... you are inviting disaster in the form of spam by the ton plus all sorts of other compuerised nasties.
Once I thought I was wrong, now I'm not so sure!

Do you have Folder Options in Control Panel ?
If you have Control Panel in Category View then change to Classic View
