What i want to know is how do I install XP without having it install itself on the D partition? I want the OS in the C partition where my other OS currently exists.

Thanks

Do you want to upgrade your current OS? If so it would be better to format the drive and do a clean install. Still, it should ask you where you want to install it during setup. Just choose your C: partition.
