How do you get the Link bar in browser

On the bottom of my screen above my task bar there was a bar. When I held my mouse over a clickable link it would give the address of where it really went before I clicked it. Can i still have this bar in xp? if so how?

In Internet Explorer goto View and turn on the status bar.
