How do you get the Address Bar back up?

I downloaded a program, and then afterwards the Address Bar for typing in URL's went away. It says Address, but there's no bar for typing in anything. How do I get it back on?

open IE and then go to View,Toolbars, then check Address Bar. if this is checked then see if the Lock Tool Bar is checked. if it is uncheck it and see if you can drag open a space for the address line. if that does it then check lock tool bar and then this should not happen again. hope this helps....

right click on adress then on drop down menu select address bar
you can also put an address bar on the taskbar beside the start button right click the taskbar then select toolbars then address bar..
