Most systems use the DEL key to get into BIOS. Keep tapping DEL during the computer's startup. It's a bit tricky when exactly, so just keep tapping it.
Only change BIOS settings if you know what they're meant to do. Don't make random changes in there. You can always exit without saving the changes if you make a mistake.

Some video cards run better when these options are turned off.
BUT
Only for the video cards and not the main system.
Do not tinker with these settings if you do not know what the end result is.

once you enter the bios all the instrutions are there, but if you don't know what they do just check the "auto" or "Default" option.
