How do you change user name in XP?

I know how to change the computers user name in windows 98 buy going through regedit, but it is not the same with xp. How can you change the user name in xp?

start-click on the icon next to your current name, then click cancel-then click-change my name.

Go to Control Panel -> Users
there you will see many options including User Name change.
But if you change your user name this way, your account name will not change.
Then you should use GPEDIT.MSC (XP PRO users only) to change account name as well.
The easy way, delete the account whose name you want to change and create a new account in whatever name you like. Then user name and account name will be the same.
But back up your files before you delete the account.
