how do u reformat xp?

boot with xp cd,(you might need to change the boot sequence by going to the bios first) set up program will do everything for you. you will have to delete your current partition in order to format it.

If you on FAT32 just put a bootdisk then boot the disk then type format c:
If you got NTFS then type fdisk in the command >> delete all non-dos partiation >>> create primary partatoin (cuation: it will lost all data on the HD)
