I work in telecommunting where I need to get to orders before other people do. Right now I have to keep hitting the refresh button to try to get to the work first, how can I change the refresh so it does it automatically every few seconds?

That is done by the folks who manage the webservers. They put ttl's and other triggers for web browsers. The Browser checks to see if : the page has expired, has changed or if the cached copy is still valid..... or you can manually refresh and it will reload the webpage and reset these values. If this is on your web server you can change the values triggering browser refreshment, if not all I can think of is to not allow caching of webpages and possibly turning off virtual memory, so web pages are not put in the page file.
