check your test result, remember the location of the file, restart in safe mode and delete this file manually

hey, thanks for the tip. I did what you said and i was able to delete the file and the virus. But my computer is still acting weird, most likely because of the virus. My computer runs extremely slow and when i checked the task manager under cpu usage, it says 100%. How do i fix it even though i deleted the viruses causing that to happen?

Hello
i guess that the trojan horse has executed an other application that is using the the cpu. Follow these steps to check and fix ur computer: 1. open the task manager and go to the processes window and check if there's a weird exe file running, remmember to pay attention the the files that are used by your USERNAME. 2. if you saw any weird exe file, press the right button of ur mouse and click on "End Process Tree", and keep looking on the cpu usage, if it drops to it's noral level then that's the files you have to remove from the computer , also don't forget to remove it's link from the windows' registry.

i'm looking at the processes tab in the task manager. i recognize like half of the processes, but the others i really dont know if they are something weird or just something that i dont know. can u give me a list of processes that are necessary and the ones that are not i'll just end process tree? also, its safe to end process tree under the "system" user right?
