Specs: Windows XP professional
Each time that I use the ntbackup utility I get a blue screen and the computer reboot.

start by going to a cmd prompt and type chkdsk /f
answer yes to the question and then type exit
restart your computer so it runs.

we are checking for disk corruption.

On xp home it is on the cd somewhere.

On pro it is part of supplied ms tools. Use admin tools un-install or re-install.

Why did it take me over a year to phone in a problem to ATT?
