Did you go to your Options > File Types & tick Movie?

it don't have .mov in there but I did select all

Have a look at 'VLC Player'. It plays pretty much every movie file out there.

I think you need apple quicktime.

Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.

Media Player Classic will also work:
