how do I make a bootable CD?

How do I make a bootable CD in WinXP? I read in Nero that it will only make bootable disks in win95,98 and NT...Is this true? Or am I confused? I have tried with Nero and with NTI-CD Maker 2000
Any help would be appreciated

You can make an XP bootable disk using Nero. Check here for details

Nero needs a patch
Copy&paste following lines to neropatch.reg and then execute (2 click on neropatch.reg)


REGEDIT4
