How do I install Win XP under Unix

Hi,

My system includes a CD drive, a IDE hardrive, and two SCSI Hardrive. I am using Intel processor.

I installed the LynxOS (a version of Unix)on the IDE drive.
I want to keep this OS on the IDE grive and to install WinXP on SCSI drive.

How do I redirect WinXP bootable CD to SCSI hard drive ? Then What will do next to make dual boot?

You would have better luck if you first install WIN XP and then install Lynx.Lynx will install a bootloader which will let you configure a dual boot.

Yes, it's much easier to install Windows first because the GRUB and LILO bootloaders will detect your other OS's. It is possible, but not recommended.

LynxOS is not compatible to SCSI drive. So I want keep it in IDE drive and put WinXP in SCSI drive.

You can install XP on any drive you want then install LynxOS on another drive.

Do yourself a favor BACKUP!!!
