I have spybot.worm on my computer and I would like some assistance on getting this off my computer, without damaging my computer. Can someone please help me out in figuring how to get rid of this? I will need Step by Step Instructions as well.

Download, unzip and run HijackThis. When the scan is finished, click save log and copy & paste it in a reply. HijackThis!

Spybot S&D will clear it out in a heartbeat.

I tries S & D and it didn't work. What is KTTD mean as well?

I'm programming challenged and I have that stupid spybot something or other....I don't understand the directions on the various sites for removal.....Nortons says it can't fix it....I did the hijack thing...here is the report...could someone please help me?
