Are you going to (or you're preferred search engine), or are you using the Web Search textbox built into the web browser?

If you're using the Web Search feature, click the down arrow, go to Manage Search Engines, and remove ResultBar. Also check Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs.

If you're going to and being redirected to that ResultBar page, you've been infected with malware and should perform a full system scan with Malwarebytes Free. Since no single program is perfect, I suggest you also run SuperAntiApyware Portable after Malwarebytes. Keep in mind, SAS detects tracking cookies which aren't necessarily malicious but a good thing to remove anyway.

Apologies if I don't respond to your reply immediately. I don't check this site daily, but you're welcome to PM me as a reminder.
