How do I get my ip back, thanks

Hello to all, yesterday i installed 1 of those anonymous proxies and then I went off. I came back in an noticed i couldn't get online. After running my virus software, etc.. I said wait i just installed a new prog. maybe that's the reason i can't get online. So i unistalled the anonymous proxy. I did start/run/cmd and typed ipconfig and it came up as a 192 ip. I know comcast (my isp) doesn't allow ip's starting with 192. so that's y i couldn't get online. So I reinstalled Hide Ip (the anonymous proxy program) and changed the ip address it was using. So now i'm back online! but, my problem is the hide-ip 3 day trial ends 2morrow. meaning after 2morrow the ip this prog has been using wont b in use and when i installed this prog. my original comcast ip changed from starting with a 69. to a 192. So when this prog. ends how do i get my comcast ip back? i cant afford to be offline. Anybody knows how to reset my original ip? and i haven't added a router or anything. thanks
