how do i disable scandisk

CPU/Ram: 1.4GHz 512mb

How do i stop scandisk from starting every time there is a bad shutdown (which is every time for me as windows freezes on shutdown every time)
It is really annoying me, please help!

when it starts just hit X on the keyboard and it imediately resumes loading Windows.
Not a big deal.

But Scandisk runs for a reason - what about the errors which MAY accumulate if every Shutdown is a 'bad' one?
