How do I disable Control Escape?

Specs: Windows XP
I've seen tons of registry entries for disabling keys such as this one:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Keyboard Layout]
"Scancode Map"=hex:00,00,00,00,00,00,00,00,04,00,00,00,00,00,5B,E0,00,00,5C,E0,00,00,3A,00,00,00,00,00

Is there something like this to disable CTRL ESC so that it doesn't open the start menu???

Yes there is... just don't press the keys! (Why would you wan to disable this in the first instance?)

Because of full screen applications in which I map different key combos for things. Considering you're answer I will assume you don't know, does anyone else?
