how do I delete my spyware???

Hi,

I have the Ad-Aware 6(it is up to date) and it says there is only tracking cookies on my pc. But I ran the tests on http://www.pcpitstop.com/ and it says I have a spyware program called "Showbehind". How do I delete it? I went to the folder where is is and I tried deleting it, but it says the "access is denied". PC pitstop said to delete or disable it because it may cause your pc to become unstable.
