Click on Tools menu, then Internet Options. On the "General" tab, click "Delete Cookies", then "Delete Files."
I suggest you get Windows Washer 5.5. It's a very good product and completely clears your tracks.

I use Steganos Security Suite, I find its very good at destroying unwanted files and temp internet files/ cookies, even has a recent doc destroyer with the Internet Trace Destruction utility
