I was wanting to know how to create a VPN server. Can I do it with Windows 98? If not, how do I do it with WinXP?

Only Win2k server has built-in VPN server capabilities. There may be 3rd party vpn servers that'll run on XP, almost definitely none for 98.

The products I'm familiar with are high-end ones that handle hundreds or thousands of connections on dedicated servers. I don't think that's what you're looking for. They certainly won't run on XP or 98... If you're serious about building a vpn, I suggest you do some research into it. There's no cheap or easy way to do it well, and if you don't know what you're doing, you're asking for major trouble...
