I have a program that I'am trying to uninstall off ny system via the add/remove program screen. When I try to install a later version it assumes the trial versions values. Is there a way to completely get this program off my pc? What areas do I look in and what for?

Hi ... Use the Windows Add and Remove program area , Once that is done , Go to start , search , and do a search on your computer for that program , delete everything it finds , then go to your recycling bin and delete everything that is in there as well , then restart your computer and download whatever program you want
