Right click on the "My computer" icon and left click on "Properties" (you can also get there if you go to Control Panel/System).
Click on the "Advanced Options" tab, and you'll see it's divided into three sections: the upper one ("Performance") is the one you need to deal with. Click on "Settings" and then on "Advanced Options".
You'll see a title "Virtual memory" or "Page file" (I don't know exactly what it says in English, because I have Win XP in Spanish).
Click on "Change". You'll see a window where you'll be able to make the changes you wish. Remember that if you change/enable/disable any given values, you must click on "Set"
before quitting or clicking OK.If you decide to move the swap file to another disk drive, ignore all warnings that might come up when you change the settings. After rebooting, however, you'll have to go into Windows Explorer and see whether the new "pagefile.swp" appears in the location and size you have specified. (You may need to go to Tools/Folder Options and enable "View all files/View system and hidden files" if you can't see it).
If you have two hard disks and you move the pagefile from C to D, for example, you'll see the new pagefile in D, but you'll also see the old one in C. You have to delete the one in C manually.

You're welcome.
Ok, you win the prize for the shortest post.
To change the location of the pagefile, right click on My Computer|Properties click on Advanced then Performance Settings. Click the Advanced tab, select Change under the Virtual Settings tab.
Good luck.
