How do I block internet access on a user

I need to know how to block all internet access on a user account. What would be the best way with windows XP? Thanks,

I have a single user system, so I haven't delved into this area.

If you have ZoneAlarm or some similar product, you could find ways to do it. For example, password protect the ability to change firewall settings and make "Block all Internet Traffic" the default. Then, you would be the only one with the ability to allow access to the net.
