How can I view pics in actual size?

Hi all.

In IE when I click to view pictures it showes the pics in screen-size instead of actual size automatically. How can I change it so I can watch it in actuall size besides resizing it(by clicking on those arrows)

Tools > Internet options > Advanced > Multimedia > deselect the options you want off and hit apply.
