how can i uninstall a program

Hi, I have installed a program called Cheyenni Bitware, it's fax program, however i want to remove it now but it's not listed in the add/remove. how can i uninstall it? and how can i free the port which this program using? thanks for any suggestion.

unfortunately this software doesn't have uninstall in its folder. is there away i can uninstall it, i basically need to free the port so i can use other program.......it was a mistake installing this useless program.
