Microsoft makes IE an intigrated part of Windows. Compete removal is not possible.

How to Uninstall Internet Explorer 6

If you upgraded to IE 8 from IE 6, then you may find removal possible in Add/Remove Programs.

Chuck it is in the ADD and Remove programs but it does not have the remove button it there.Thanks Chuck for your response

Guys if you go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, then click on Add/Remove Windows Component you can Un-check the Internet Explorer option and that will remove Intener Explorer from Windows.
