I recently formatted my hard drive and used a method\program to save my my email messages and folders. Now I forgot what program\method it was. I have the saved files\folders and they have .msf extensions. How can I import them into either Mozilla Thunderbird or Outlook Express. My default mail program is Thunderbird.
