Specs: Windows XP
I was upgrading an old laptop from windows 98 to XP (DELL CPI) and when reformatting the hard drive (format c: /s) my systems files did not copy. Now I need to know how to get them on there so I can load XP.

To install Windows XP, you simply have to boot your computer from the installation CD and press the enter key, when prompted to start from CD.
