I hate when I dial up to the internet and after my computer has finished dialing a tiny little tan/brown tool tip thing pops up with a little "X" in the top right corner telling me my BPS and stuff, can anyone tell me how to shut that off?
Go to RUN, type GPEDIT.MSC Click user configuration click adminastrative templates click start menu and taskbar scroll donwn and double click Remove balloon tips on start menu iems check enabled click oc and come out og GPEDIT
