Organise your start menu. Having that many items on the start menu is ridiculous. The start menu ws never designed to have that many items in it. Create some cascading folders.

for instance you have four items at the end all relating to Adobe. Put them in their own folder called Adobe.

hi,
way to many items..as said by start start making new folders..games ..put all your game folder in there..and so on.
right click a blank spot on the botton taskbar go to properties>start menu>>customize>hit the add button and start making new folders.
will reduce all that clutter nad make it easier for you to find things.

Load Windows Exporer and go to:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs

or

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Start Menu\Programs

and start addiing folders and dragging and ropping short cuts as you would with any other folder.

The method described above only works in Windows 98.

In addition to the above solid recommendation you can also right click on the Guitar Online tools Metronome and rename it to Guitar Metronome and then all columns will shrink to the width of the next largest name like Adobe something you have there. Just renaming the Metronome will likely allow you to see that fourth column.

I think most of you have it wrong all the programs arent furballs start menue! there on his programs menue (ie) start/programs, its a common problem on XP ...furball by changing ur menue to classic style menue you might get a extra collum right click the start menue/left click properties/then put a check in classic style menue...its not a fix but it might help as i also have the same prob and i olny have 15 programs on my start menue window, its when i click on the program menue they go off the screen! well they dont now cause i changed to classic style..

Lasttime,
I think you need to look again as they are showing Start Menu\Programs.

On my machine there are 3 users with their own Start Menu\Programs folder plus the All users folder making what I see when I go to Start, All Programs.

I beleive that you too do not need to use the Classic view if you rename your longest file names within your displayed menu.

Regards,
Bryan
