CPU/Ram: Athlon XP 2400+ 256MB RAM

How can i make a program run just before i log into my OS? (maybe as a service which will not run form my logged user). My program is a simple internet proxy software, analogX Proxy.

Create a shortcut for .exe file into the start-programs-startup icon.

create a shortcut put it in startup then use xteq tweaker to convert it into a machine service that will make it execute evn before u login ( www.xteq.com )
