I have 10 static IP, so how can i get that in local lan

A bit for information is required as to what you are trying to achieve.

I take it these 10 static IP addresses are public IP addresses.

LAN normally uses private IP addresses.

To work between public IP addresses and private IP addresses you need Network Addresses Translation(NAT) and that function normally performed by a router.

Most home routers only handle one public IP address. For 10 ten public IP addresses you need something more complicated.

Which begs the question, what are you doing with 10 public IP addresses which are in short supply, if you don't know how to use them.
