Hi, just a few days ago I could NOT enter my hotmail inbox. I still can't. I cannot read any email messages. So I decided to make a new account. When I clicked apply for new account, the next screen doesnt load, which means I can't make a new account either. Is there something wrong with my explorer? I am on Windows XP Professional and on Internet Explorer 6. I tried erasing all cookies and temporary internet files, but this did nothing. Is anyone else having this problem also or is it just me and my computer? Please reply, Thanks in advance.

Dave.

Due to all the problems I was having with IE, I switched to Firefox. I've had no problems at all with it. It's great.

Hi Dave,
MSN has always had lots of log-in problems with Hotmail. Another alternative may be Yahoo, a 250MB box, great anti-spam tools and I've been using this free Yahoo service for years because of the same problem you are having, and I have always been able to retrieve my mail, wherever I've travelled. There is also an old program called Yahoo pops that is free and allows you to use Yahoo in Outlook Express.
Good Luck

friendly and helpful for better computing in all areas *smile*
