Hi. I recently started having a problem everytime on startup. I get the following error message: "Hotkey Utility has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience". Then it asks if I want to send the error report or not. My media panel (the buttons on the side of the M45 model that control Media Player/ DVDs and CDs) has stopped working. This has never happened before and it came out of nowhere. I made no changes to any settings on the computer and one day it just started popping up and the media panel buttons stopped working. Any ideas on how to fix this? Please let me know. Thanks in advance. Any help is greatly appreciated.
