I don't know why, but I used to host wc3 custom games fine, but now I can't host it. I disabled norton firewall and tried hosting still didnt work. I have already opened the port in wc3 6112(default port) in my linksys router set up.

When you could host Warcraft games did you have the 6112 port open on your router? Or was it working with no ports open? You might make sure that the windows firewall is off too. If you had been hosting games (and had the port 6112 open on your router) make sure your internal IP address has not changed by going to start>run>cmd> and type ipconfig this will give you your internal address. Make sure the open 6112 port corresponds with the correct IP. You might also try using DMZ host in your router. This will open most ports to your system in case some other port is needed for hosting the game.
