Ok, until recently I was able to host things. I would just go to 192.168.1.1 (router adress) and configure it to foward incoming traffic on a certain port to me. But now, for some reason, people can't access anything. Even with the ports being fowarded, they can't connect. I am using a Westell DSL Modem/Router (model 2200) Also, it used to say "Foward the ports to what device" and it would show my comptuer name...now it shows my LAN IP address....any ideas on what to do? I tried restoring to factory settings, same problem. I tried disabled Windows firewall, which didnt work. I don't have any other firewalls enabled. (Although this started happening a little after i unintsalled one)Any help would be great, thanks!

I'm sure you have already checked some, or all, of these but I'll state tehm anyway.
1. Check that your router's external IP hasn't changed.
2. If you are using a dynamic DNS service (such as no-ip.com) make sure that the service has the correct IP address for your router.
3. Make sure that your server has the sorrect internal IP that you are forwarding to.
Lastly, many high-speed residential accounts (in the US at least) do not allow servers. If your IP does not allow servers and has found out about it by monitoring your traffic, they could be blocking it. However, because of the issue you mentioned with the computer name, I'd think thiws was a long shot.
Can you ping your router from outside your LAN (be sure to disable the discard ping function in your router if it has it).
