Hi guys, I was wondering if there is anyway to hook up a laptop LCD screen to a regular desktop system. I'm trying to play movies from my desktop on a laptop LCD screen. I noticed two different wires from the LCD screen and I'm not sure if what it connects to in a laptop system and if it's possible to do it on a desktop. Please respond.

The easiest if not the most practical will be through a KVM switch IMHO.

I think I missed the "I noticed two different wires from the LCD screen and I'm not sure if what it connects to" part of your initial thread.

I suggested the KVM switch thinking you wanted to kinda split the PC between two monitors.

If you have some spare time and money am sure you can get some kits online that might help you.
