Download and run Adaware and Spybot. You have spyware that is hi-jacking your ie.

Ater you download them, be sure to get all the updates. With Spybot, use the online button, search for updates, download them, then close Spybot, close IE, re-launch Spybot and run. Let it fix any problems found pre-checked in red.
