hoew to open a hard disk drive if locked by command prompt

Specs: Windows XP, 2.8Ghz,,512MB

i typed in command prompt cacls d: /p everyone:n

then after that i cannt access my hard drive d:
even i try command cacls d: /p everyone:f
but message was access enied,,,please help me,,now i cant open my harddrive d:
