History doesnt clear????

I found that also,,I put a shortcut to History file on my desktop so I could manually delete it.Go to windows explorer and make sure you can see hidden files then go to documents and settings/your name/local settings/History. Also try experimenting with one browser open and clearing history then try multiple browsers and then clear history and see if all history clears.Good luck!
