Hijacked homepage

My IE homepage has been hijacked by Buysearc.cc . I have tried everything including deleting the keys in my registry but the page keeps coming back everytime I reboot my PC

Download and run a program called CWSHREDDER or same deal with HIJACKTHIS.

go to www.download.com and download spybot from the site.update teh software online and run it.it will delete all spyware and u can also protect your IE homepage in its advanced settings

You may have to turn off system restore before running the cleaners to get rid of it. Also try BHODEMON.

I ran HijackThis which I got from www.download.com it sniffed out the hijacked keys easily which I went on to delete.

Well, I am having the same promblem with a hijacked homepage. Except, I have tried all of the above things and nothing is working. I ran SpyBot but it is not working. I also tried Hijack This but I am unsure of what to delete. Please help.
