Hijacked by spyware - please help!

I think I've been hijacked by spyware. My home page has been reset to http://smart-finder.biz/1524/ and porn sites have been added to my favourites. I cannot use the internet properly any more. I have tried adaware, cwshredder and spybot and none appear to have worked. I have the latest version of norton as a firewall and anti virus. What am I doing wrong - can anyone help me? I am a newbie, having bought my Dell in Jan 04 so I am very stuck Thank you....

Did you update "adaware, cwshredder and spybot" spyware definition? if no..update and try again.
